Using the Library

Welcome!
Statistical Sciences library is one of the libraries of the Social sciences area (Polo di Scienze sociali).
In the library you can:

• search books, journals and other documents in GalileoDiscovery
• read books, journals and other documents in the library rooms
• borrow books or ask for Interlibrary Loan when books are not available in Padua libraries
• photocopy part of book/journal according to copyright laws (Please note: the myPrint service will be discontinued shortly)
• search articles in bibliographic and electronic databases or ask for Document Delivery using NILDE
• use library PC stations or off-campus connection (auth-proxy)
• attend training courses in English 
• use a reference management software to collect bibliographic references, and to create and manage personal bibliographies.
